Classic Hurricane Cocktail

HURRICANE RUN RECIPE

This colorful mixed drink was invented at Pat O’Brien’s bar in New Orleans, but you don’t need to visit Louisiana to mix up one of these ‘Big Easy’ cocktails.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz amaretto liqueur
2 oz Cane Run Estate Rum
6 oz fresh orange juice
6 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 dash grenadine syrup

DIRECTIONS
Fill a Hurricane glass with ice. Pour in amaretto and Cane Run Estate Rum. Add orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice and stir. Top with a dash of grenadine, and garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
